Casting deadend.com was a difficult proposition from the get-go. Not only did we have to find three actors willing to undergo a gruelling cross-country voyage, we had to find three personalities interesting enough to fill a film's worth of adventures.

Presented below are actual audio excerpts from auditions we held for the film. We never could have anticipated the floodgates that were opened with some simple questions.

When the auditions were over and I thought about all that had happened, I concluded that we are all desperate to share our pain and fear. We are a society that doesn't listen and doesn't want to know about the problems of the people around us. If this site does nothing else I hope it helps those that think they suffer in solitude perhaps feel a little less alone.

The names have been changed, and the photos blurred, to protect some semblance of anonymity at this stage.
